The dedicated personnel will assist a family in need as follows: guidance through the cremation process, answer questions, provide a courteous and comforting atmosphere, and provide a variety of pet urns and memorializing options.

The Nansemond Pet Cremation Services (NPCS)
 uses the “C.A.R.E.” process which provides
 “The Respectful and Caring Choice”

	Call and set up removal time and location. This can be from a home or veterinary clinic.
	An ID tag will be provided for each pet. This ID tag has an assigned number and it remains with your pet during the cremation process.
	Return your pets’ ashes in a temporary urn labeled with your pets name and ID number.  A cremation certificate will also provided.
	Entrusted defined by Webster: “to deliver something in trust to” and we guarantee to you, your pets’ are returned with Respect and Care.
